Legal ID: 012 - All Fun All Day

Dezerland Entertainment Orlando (“DEO”) is responsible for these terms and conditions, as well as for the All Fun All Day promotion (“Promotion”). DEO is made up of Karting, the Arcade, the VR Arena, the 4D Simulators, Bumper Cars, the Laser Tag Maze, Bowling, and Jump Start (including the Jump Start Café). DEO is not responsible for any issues relating to any other attraction at Dezerland Park Orlando. This purchase will load one PlayCard with one go kart race Passport, one head sock Passport, one three hour TimeCard Passport, one 30-minute JumpPass Passport, one grip socks Passport, one 15-minute bowling lane Passport, one bowling shoes Passport, one Bumper Car ride Passport, one Laser Tag Round Passport, and one food Passport. Choice of pizza slice includes: cheese and pepperoni. Both pizza slices must be either cheese or pepperoni. Additional toppings are available at an extra charge. Choice of fountain drink includes: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Starry, Ginger Ale, Tropicana Fruit Punch, Tropicana Lemonade, Crush Orange, and Dr. Pepper. Passports may only be redeemed at the attraction that they correspond to, so a Karting Passport may not be redeemed at Bowling. Any purchasing of food sold by DEO must be done at Jump Start (more specifically, at the Jump Start Café). Passports have no monetary value. Any Passport(s) not used never expire and remain on your PlayCard forever until they are redeemed, meaning that you can use them at any day and at any time provided that A), said day and time fall under our hours of operation, which you can find by going to www.dezerlandpark.com/orlando/hours-location, and B), there aren’t other limitations or restrictions in place regarding said Passport(s). DEO reserves the right to remove any and all Passports and anything else from a PlayCard at any time, without notice, and without a refund or replacement. DEO is not responsible for any lost or stolen PlayCards.

One bowling lane can hold up to six Bowlers. Bowling shoes are required for all Bowlers. One pair of bowling shoes are included in this purchase. Bowling shoes must be provided by DEO as we can’t guarantee the safety of other bowling shoes. Bowlers are required to properly wear their bowling shoes at all times while in the bowling alley. Bowling works off of a “first come, first served” system. This means that you may have to wait to redeem your bowling lane and we do not accept reservations. When you are placed on our waitlist, we will ask for your first name and phone number. When your bowling lane is open, we will call the phone number you gave us. Please keep in mind that A), we are only able to call domestic phone numbers, B), that after the call ends you will be given 10 minutes to redeem your lane before it is given to someone else and that these 10 minutes may be brought down to five minutes, depending on the demand, and that C), if you do not pick up, we will leave you a voicemail (provided that you have the ability to receive one), after which you will be given 10 minutes to redeem your lane before it is given to someone else, keeping in mind that these 10 minutes may be brought down to five minutes, depending on the demand. In some rare cases, if our call gets sent to voicemail, we will immediately give your lane to someone else, depending on the demand. You must be physically present at the Bowling Counter to be placed on our waiting list. You must be physically present at the Bowling Counter to redeem your lane. Even if you are physically present at the Bowling Counter, DEO reserves the right to not place you on our waiting list and to not give you your bowling lane and instead give it to someone else, even if you were previously placed on our waiting list. When you are placed on our waiting list, we will give you an approximate time at which your lane will be ready. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, this approximate time may not accurately reflect the actual time at which your bowling lane will be available. Being placed on our waiting list does not guarantee that you will be able to bowl that same day and people on our waiting list who do not get to bowl that same day do not get transferred to the next day’s waiting list. However long you’d like to bowl dictates how much time before closing you must redeem your bowling lane. For example, if you’d like to bowl for one hour, you may not redeem your bowling lane less than one hour before closing. In some cases, we may be fully booked until close, meaning that you will not be able to redeem your bowling lane that day. Once your bowling lane is redeemed, you may or may not extend how much time you have left, depending on the demand. Once a bowling lane has run out of time, we may not be able to restart it, meaning that even if you add more time, you will lose your previous progress. After the time begins, it cannot be stopped, and Bowlers will be allowed to bowl until their time left hits zero minutes and zero seconds or until the time of closing of the same day as the day that the lane is redeemed. Bowlers are required to follow all posted rules as well as instructions given by staff and Team Members. Failure to do so may result in a Bowler’s removal from their lane, even if their time hasn’t expired yet, without a refund. DEO also reserves the right to remove a Bowler from their lane, even if their time hasn’t expired yet, at any time, for any reason, and without a refund.

TimeCards have three limitations: 1), they cannot earn tickets, 2), they cannot be used at games that give physical prizes (such as claw machines) or attractions (such as Karting), and 3), they have a 60-second cool-down between each use. The time on a TimeCard begins to count down after the first use on a reader that accepts TimeCards (so a go kart race won’t start the time). After the time begins, it cannot be stopped and the TimeCard will be usable until the time left hits zero minutes and zero seconds. DEO reserves the right to cut the time on a TimeCard short at any time, for any reason, and without a refund.

The 30-minute JumpPass benefits begin when the pass is redeemed and end thirty minutes after the pass is redeemed. After the time begins, it cannot be stopped and the Jumper will be allowed to jump until their time left hits zero minutes and zero seconds. These aforementioned benefits are subject to be cut short for any reason and without a refund, as well as change at any time and without notice. Jumpers are required to follow all posted rules as well as instructions given by staff, Team Members, and Court Monitors. Failure to do so may result in a Jumper’s removal from Jump Start, even if their JumpPass benefits haven’t expired yet, without a refund. DEO also reserves the right to remove a Jumper from Jump Start, even if their JumpPass benefits haven’t expired yet, at any time, for any reason, and without a refund. Grip socks are required for all Jumpers. One pair of grip socks is included in this purchase. Grip socks must be provided by DEO as we can’t guarantee the safety or cleanliness of other grip socks. Jumpers are required to properly wear their grip socks at all times while on the court. A signed waiver is required for all Jumpers. Minors 17 and under must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian who is 18 or older. All adults who are 18 or older must sign their own waiver. There can be up to 36 Jumpers in Jump Start at a time.

Racers must be at least 54 inches tall to race in an intermediate, pro, or legend race, and 48 inches tall to race in a cadet race. Any Racer over 54 inches in height may not race in the cadet race. Legend, pro, and intermediate races last seven minutes and cadet races last six minutes. Participation in a legend race is allowed at the sole discretion of management. Karting works off of a “first come, first served” system. This means that you may have to wait to redeem your race and we do not accept reservations unless you are having a birthday party or event with us. When you sign up for your race you will be placed on our waitlist. You will then be given an approximate time at which you’ll race. Due to race logistics, the race time given to you may not properly reflect the actual time of your race. Being placed on our waitlist for racing does not guarantee that you will be able to race that same day and people on our waiting list who do not get to race that same day do not get transferred to the next day’s waiting list. Racers must arrive at the Helmet Counter at least 15 minutes before the estimated time of their race. Any Racer that arrives later than 15 minutes before the estimated time of their race may be barred from participating in said race without receiving a refund. In most cases, we will be able to reschedule the Racer for another race, but this is done solely at DEO’s discretion and depends on demand. Once a Racer is booked for their race, DEO reserves the right to remove them from their spot at any time, without notice, and without a refund. Racers are required to follow all posted rules as well as instructions given by staff, Team Members, and Flaggers. Failure to do so may result in a Racer’s removal from their race, even while the race is currently running, without a refund. DEO also reserves the right to remove a Racer from their race, even while the race is currently running, at any time, for any reason, and without a refund. Helmets are required for all Racers. One helmet is included in this purchase. Helmets must be returned to DEO at the end of the race. Head socks are required for all Racers. One head sock is included in this purchase. Helmets must be provided by DEO as we can’t guarantee the safety of other helmets. Head socks must be provided by DEO as we can’t guarantee the cleanliness of other head socks. Racers are required to properly wear their head sock and helmet at all times while racing. Racers may keep their head sock after their race is over. A signed waiver is required in order to partake in Karting. Minors 17 and under must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian who is 18 or older. All adults who are 18 or older must sign their own waiver. Driving whilst intoxicated or under the influence of drugs (medical or recreational) in any form or fashion will not be tolerated and will result in a Racer’s immediate removal from their race, even if said race is currently running, without a refund or race reschedule. There can be up to 12 Racers in a legend, pro, and intermediate race and six Racers in a cadet race. Riders must be at least 36” tall to participate in Bumper Cars. Participants under 48” in height may not drive and must have a responsible adult who is 18 years of age or older and over a height of at least 48” accompany them. Said adult is responsible for the welfare of the Rider they are riding with. Riders are required to follow all posted rules as well as instructions given by staff and Team Members. Failure to do so may result in a Rider’s removal from the arena, even if their ride hasn’t ended yet, without a refund. DEO also reserves the right to remove a Rider from their ride, even while the ride is currently running, at any time, for any reason, and without a refund. There can be up to 10 Riders in one round at a time.
